Our Story

Ace Offer was founded in 2017 by Harry Meng, a former international student who understood first-hand the challenges of navigating the study abroad journey alone. Like many students, Harry arrived in Australia with big ambitions but no roadmap — facing confusing application processes, opaque visa requirements, and the overwhelming task of building a new life in an unfamiliar country.

He founded Ace Offer with a clear mission: to build the one-stop service he wished had existed when he was a student. From the first client served out of a small shared office in Melbourne's CBD, the company has grown steadily — earning QEAC certification, building partnerships with Australia's Group of Eight universities, and expanding into the UK and Singapore markets.

Today, Ace Offer operates from its headquarters in Collingwood, Melbourne, serving students across China, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Our team of QEAC and British Council certified counsellors handles every stage of the journey — from university selection and application strategy to visa processing and post-arrival support. We have helped over 1,000 students secure offers from top-tier universities, with a 98% admission success rate. For us, every acceptance letter is a shared victory — and we will not stop until every student we work with gets theirs.
